This Privacy Policy applies to modernapps9's mobile device application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), which is created by modernapps9 (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") as a free service. This service is intended to be used "as is".

Information Collection and Use

We will collect some information about your device and the account registered with our APP, and we will transmit some information anonymously and encrypted to our servers.

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include the following information: your device data, your interaction information with the APP.

Your device information may include: device manufacturer, device model, device system version, sensors, gyroscope, Android system OAID (advertising identifier), Android ID.

In the Internet environment, the assumption of protocol-decoded fake devices is a common black industry behavior. The cracked fake devices lack complete device information and device identification codes, which will assist us in completing device fraud and cheating behavior judgment, identifying virtual machines, simulators, flashing machines and other behaviors after being desensitized and encrypted. At the same time, it can help us complete internal data deduplication and data statistics in different dimensions.

Your interaction information may include: your interaction information with the APP, your login and registration information in our APP, the time and date you visit the APP, the time spent on these pages, and the time spent on the application.

The application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Third-party access

Our app uses some third-party SDKs, and your data will be periodically transmitted anonymously to these third-party servers to help the service providers improve the app and its services.

The service provider may share your information with third parties in the manner described in this privacy statement. But please note that the app uses third-party services, which have their own data processing privacy policies.

The service provider may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, necessary notifications and marketing promotions.

In order to provide a better experience, when using the app, the service provider may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information requested by the service provider will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.

Stop collection and Delete data

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

If you do not log in to the APP for 90 days, we will automatically delete your account and all your data. You can also delete your account actively. If you want to delete your account, please take a screenshot of your ID in the APP and your profile page in the APP and send an email to modernapps9@gmail.com. After receiving the email, we will delete your account and we will not retain any of your data.

Children Protect

To protect the legitimate rights and interests of minors, we recommend that minors under the age of 18 use APP in the presence of their parents.

We attach great importance to protecting the information and data of minors, and we will not intentionally collect or retain personal information of individuals under the age of 18. We will not use information about minors or disclose such information to third parties without the consent of the guardian.

If we become aware that APP has collected personal information from individuals under the age of 18, we will proactively take appropriate measures to delete such information.

Report and block

In order to ensure that APP is a safe and trustworthy platform, we follow the law and the requirements of the application market for UGC content generation, and have established standards to define harmful or inappropriate content, as well as disclose how to prohibit such content. When uploading and producing content, you must accept our agreement.

Reporting and Blocking System

We provide an easy-to-use reporting system in APP Chat to accept user reports on your content, and we also provide a blocking system that you can allow to block offensive content in the first place.

After receiving a user report, our staff will follow up on the user's report as soon as possible. We have the right to delete or block abusive users who violate the application's terms of use and/or user policy without notifying the user in advance, and this situation does not fall within the scope of our malicious or arbitrary disposal of user information.

The production and dissemination of the following content will be defined by us as offensive and inappropriate content. Users can actively block the following content. After receiving a report, we will verify whether the content is inappropriate. We will delete or block the content creator.

Pornography and profanity

We do not allow the inclusion or promotion of pornographic or profane content. This includes content that contains some pronographic, or any content or service designed to provide sexual gratification. It is strictly prohibited to play sexual, life-threatening performances or pornographic videos. It is strictly prohibited to show sexual characteristics of sensitive parts of the body in various ways, such as touching sensitive parts, showing female breasts, male and female buttocks and inner thighs; using and promoting any sexual content.

Hate Speech and National Security

We do not allow the promotion of violence against individuals or groups or incitement to systematic discrimination or marginalized hatred based on race or ethnicity, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, identity or any other related topics. We also do not allow content directly related to national security and defense security to appear on our platform.

Violence

We do not allow the depiction or assistance of gratuitous violence or other dangerous activities. We do not allow the posting of terrorism-related content, such as content that promotes terrorist acts, incites violence, or celebrates terrorist attacks. If you post terrorism-related content for educational, documentary, scientific, or artistic purposes, please be careful to provide enough information so that users can understand the specific situation.

Sensitive events

We do not allow unreasonable sensitivity to natural disasters, atrocities, health crises, conflicts, deaths, or other tragic events, or use events to arouse users' sympathy. At the same time, we also strictly prohibit the spread of terrorism, extremism, incitement to war, infringement of religious freedom, and provocative events.

Bullying and harassment

We do not allow content that contains or promotes threats, harassment, or bullying, including invading others' privacy, endangering others' safety, endangering public interests, infringing on others, and abusing animals.

Gambling

We do not allow the posting of gambling content, as well as content that incites others to gamble, such as live gambling.

Dangerous goods and other content related to local laws and regulations

We do not allow the posting of content such as guns, ammunition, alcohol, marijuana, etc., all of which are illegal in your country. We also do not allow the posting of content that is considered a violation in the country where you are staying, even if the behavior is legal in other countries.

Content under the age of 14

We do not allow young people under the age of 14 to use our application, because we do allow some content that is not suitable for minors. Including promoting pedophilia or inappropriate interactions with minors, such as groping or caressing.

Damage to the interests of the platform

Any behavior that damages the interests of the platform will be defined by us as inappropriate content, including impersonating platform staff to deceive users.
